Nauthilus
Nauthilus is a unified central policy engine written in Go for real-world infrastructure workflows. Authentication is one of its entry points, but the core idea is broader: operators get a single place to make consistent policy decisions across mail services, web applications, identity flows, MFA, LDAP, Lua-based policies, observability, and Redis-backed state.
